TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Zynco (Pty) Ltd t/a Filaco First Aid Solutions is a business in the first aid equipment industry that provide first aid products to clients in the food industry and other factories.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-4 working days and delivery confirmed by courier service by way of waybill number.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is currently available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Filaco First Aid Solutions is subject to availability. In the event that Filaco First Aid Solutions does not have stock of certain item available in South Africa a two week waiting period for stock to come in from the UK may apply. In cases of complete unavailability, Filaco First Aid Solutions will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Filaco First Aid Solutions shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7, Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Filaco First Aid Solutions via PayFast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users
may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Filaco First Aid Solutions separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFasts secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
9 Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10 Responsibility
Filaco First Aid Solutions takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11 Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Filaco chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature .
12 Variation
Filaco First Aid Solutions may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

This website is run by close corporation based in South Africa trading as Filaco First Aid Solutions and with registration number 2018/316033/07 and Director Lourens Lombaard.

15. Warranties/Guarantees
The Company does not warrant to the Customer that the goods are fit for the purpose sold and/or are free from any defects whether latent or patent. Wherever possible, the Company will endeavour to pass on the benefit of any manufacturer’s guarantee but apart therefrom there shall be no liability whatsoever attaching to the Company in respect of goods sold to the Customer. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequential loss whatsoever.
15.2 Return of goods
The Company shall under no circumstances be obliged to accept the return of any goods from the Customer for any reason whatsoever. Should any goods be returned, this will be at the sole and entire discretion of the Company and a handling charge equal to 10% of the invoice price shall be payable by the Customer to the Company in respect thereof.
